Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Deposits
A 20% deposit is required for all orders. This deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days of the product's completion.
Pricing
The final price of your item is determined by the weight of the finished piece in grams multiplied by the daily gold price plus labor costs. Our daily gold price is displayed on every product page and in your cart
Order Completion and Payment
Once your order is complete, we will contact you with an invoice for the remaining balance plus shipping costs. You will have 30 days to pay this invoice.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at 212-921-8188 if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return.
