Shipping Process
- Order Processing: Once your order is placed and your deposit is received, we will begin crafting your custom jewelry. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and produced.
- Shipping Notification: When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
- Shipping Methods: We offer Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping through FedEx.
