Shipping Process

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed and your deposit is received, we will begin crafting your custom jewelry. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and produced.
  • Shipping Notification: When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping through FedEx.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost for your order in your cart before checkout.
  • Signature Required: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

Shipping Destinations
